I did not receive my verification code.
Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is correct. Codes expire after 5 minutes and you have three attempts, so request a new one if it has expired.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen tap "Forgot Password?", enter your email and follow the code. Your new password needs 8 or more characters with an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile, tap Settings, then Delete account. If you cannot open the app, use the web deletion page.
How do I post a scam warning?
Tap Create, add a short title and description, choose the city and attach a photo or video up to 50 MB, then publish.
Why was my post removed?
It probably broke a rule, most often promoting a business or showing a private person's face or details. Read the Community Guidelines. To appeal, email support with your username.
What is an AirDrop and why can't I send one?
AirDrops are short messages visible within about 100 m for 10 minutes. Make sure the radar switch is on, location permission is granted and GPS has a lock. Free accounts have a daily limit.
Can I see exactly where other users are?
No. You see usernames and approximate distance only, and only for active AirDrops.
Are my chats really private?
Yes. Messages are encrypted on your device and only the recipient's device can decrypt them. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, chat history on that device cannot be restored.
The app says "security code changed" in a chat.
The other person probably reinstalled the app or changed phones. Ask them through another channel before accepting the new code.
How do I block or report someone?
In a chat, tap the three-dots menu to block or report. On a post, comment or AirDrop, tap the flag or dots icon to report it.
Why does the feed show nothing for my city?

Is WarnPack free?
Yes. The core app is free.

Recent versions of Android. If the app crashes at launch, update your phone and the app first, then email us your phone model.
